I'm a former Johnstown resident and I look forward to the new pictures that you post daily. Greatest place on earth to grow up.

This car (#350) was the first to be sent to a museum after it was announced that streetcar service would end in 1960. This car was loaded onto a tractor trailer from a siding near Woodvale and trucked to Washington, Pa. Since 1960 it has been owned by the Arden Trolley Museum (currently the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum). It can be seen at the museum grounds across the road from the Washington County Fairgrounds (Meadowlands exit off of I79). These great people still restore and operate streetcars there and have an ever-expanding loop. Other JTC memorabilia there, too. A GREAT day trip.
