Great picture that appears to me that it is from the late 20's or early 30's. This shot shows the intersection of Walnut and Main and you can see Fort Stanwix Hotel to the right and Mongomery Ward across the street from it. Notice that the WARD TV tower is not there and only a few trees/bushes just below Devil's Rock.
