Johnstown Brownstones
Moxham Brownstones - on the back is written - at the corner of Central Avenue and Bridge Street. But having said this - this picture bothers me because it looks more like Cambria City to me.

Agreed with Debra, I've seen these in Moxham before...near the dollar general on Central Ave I believe.
I agree with the both of you... If correct these are those homes right by dollar general. Don't look much different at all today.
They are still there!
I can remember when people still lived there back when the Dollar Store used to be an A&P.
