"To prohibit...hogs within the borough"...Perhaps the city's "leaders" should reinstate this and deport the "hogs" imported by the JAHA from Kernville, Prospect, Moxham, Hornerstown, Central Park, and the areas they've infested & destroyed with their crime, drugs, and Access cards.
Don't forget their car stereos that are worth more than their cars...boom!...boom!..boom!...up and down the street.
