I have heard rumors throughout the Center that there once was an insane asylum that stood on the Hiram G. Andrews Center grounds before the school was even constructed. Could somebody with experience of the city's history confirm this as being accurate?

I myself, have never heard that story. But who knows - it could very well be true.
