Turnverein - First Turner's Hall

Turner's was started by some German immigrants who wanted a club of their own - that basically combined drinking and gymnastics and also in the early days....bowling.

    I would not limit the bowling to the "early days". I was a pin setter at Turners in the 60's.

    Drinking & gymnastics...that's awesome. So when you fall & break something, you'll be too numb to feel it at first. :)
