This is my grandfather's brother Albert Lenz (1893-1961). He's holding two types shells that the mill made for the war effort. Albert was deaf, as was my grandfather and two of his sisters. Most of them ended up going to a school for the deaf in Philadelphia and when they got out - holding full-time jobs. Albert worked in the mill for a time before heading to Ohio and working for Goodyear Rubber Company in Akron.
