Handing out balloons for the release at the end.
The woman in the purple jacket on the far left is Mrs. Eleanor Moskal - William's mother.

The gentleman walking beside the vehicle is Mr. George Higgins - who was a good friend of William Moskal - and he spoke about Mr. Moskal and his love for family and country.

The Plaque presentation with Mrs. Eleanor Moskal.
Retired Col. Douglas Lengenfelder - Survivor of the Pentagon Attack.
Bill Venet - (Johnny Cash) - Song of the Patriot - Bill was so emotional - that at times he couldn't get through the words - so the crowd as one - started clapping in unison - it was one of those special, unscripted moments. I would have recorded a clip of his audio - but he didn't use a mic and the sound quality was too low.
