Unknown Railroad Bridge Project. It's been awhile since I posted one of these. All I know that it was taken around 1915 or so - somewhere around the Johnstown Area.
Hard to say, whether they're removing an old span or installing new. It also looks like the view from valley Pike of the B&O bridge into Hornerstown yard.
That kind of looks like the old bridge going from Moxham into Ferndale over the river.
