Not sure of the street names -- it wasn't my part of town -- but the Esso gas station looks like the one out near Fun City ... Gigantic swimming pool with a huge sliding board into the water ...
Pretty sure this is the road coming out of Ferndale and the trolley is sitting in front of what is now St Andrews church. And I believe part of the building of that gas station is still there. Definitely not far from fun city.
