This is one of my grandfathers pictures and it was among other pictures of Johnstown - which makes me believe it could have been taken somewhere in the Johnstown area. I don't know enough about early dirigibles to say if Johnstown did have a landing strip.
I know there was a landing strip on the top of cover hill.

What about BIllow's Airport? There was a hanger ruin up there ... I always assumed it was fixed wing, but who knows?
