From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Friday - February 21, 1947
The snow is deep the deepest of this season. But is not cold. Ida (sister) and done a lot of cleaning.
I washed the cupbord and Ida the chest of drawers and refrigidair and simonised it. Dad (husband) is not so very good.
