June 28, 1947: Diary of a Johnstown Housewife


From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Saturday - June 28, 1947
I baked bread & cookies and cleaned the kitchen and porch.
Then done some other work. 
Ida always helps me.

    Yes - both were widows - with Elizabeth's husband dying earlier that year.
