Wednesday - June 4, 1947

I cleaned up the cellar to day. Sara & Hite was here a while this evening. 

Boy am I ever tired. 

Flora Pebley is dead. She was a friend of ours. Ida & I want to go to see her. 

Note: Looking up census records - Flora Pebley was 73 when she died and lived on Highland Avenue.
