From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham

Wednesday - July 16, 1947

I cleaned up the stove this forenoon. I worked on the stove all fore-noon. Earnie was here a while then Luann come. Betty Jane and I got our dinner over then. 

Harry & Marg & Eddie come and took us in town. Betty Jane got her eyes tested for glasses.

And Harry and I went to Glossers and I got a cot and a magazine rack. Then we come home and Betty went along over with them. It rained.
