Sunday - October 19, 1947

Fae took Ellie, George and Ida & I down over the mountain to see Rachel and Noah and family.

We ate dinner with them. Rachel had a good dinner. She had chicken, mashed potatoes, slaw and a lot of good eats.

Then we come back up to Georges and then Clifford brought us in home.

Harriet & Bill was along.

Rachel gave me a nice white rooster and we injoyed the fall scenery of lovely colors of leaves.
