Not sure exactly what year this was from - it's a clipping my cousin Erma Rose Gloor saved in her scrap book and one of the rare ones she forgot to put a date on - but judging from the car I'd say sometime in the 40's. Scenes in districts worst blizzard in 11 years - Ebenburg, Cambria County area.
