There will be a special Candle Lighting and Balloon Release at Bheam School Playground tonight in honor of State Trooper Patrick Stewart - a well-loved Johnstown native who practically grew up on the playground. Besides family and friends, West End Ambulance will be there along with the Johnstown Police Department. All are welcome to attend.
