Time once again for the Annual Johnstown Christmas Parade sponsored by Discover Downtown Johnstown Partnership - they said it was the BIGGEST crowd ever. What a GREAT TIME!!! I would also like to take the time out to say THANKS to all the groups trying to make Johnstown a better place to live - 365 days a year. Back to the parade - it always starts out with a foot race around downtown.
