I see the giant slide in the upper left corner ... They tore this down sometime in the early sixties ... The story I got was a piece of the slide became detached and cut a swimmer's leg ...
The pool was gigantic, and true to the name it was a great fun place ...
Whatever that is above the middle power line at the top of the picture could easily support a UFO story
