"At the time of the Flood, my parents were living on Sherman St. right below w(h)ere that little pump house is and w(h)ere the old soap factory used to be.

I last lived at 431 Vickroy Ave. and I still have 2 sisters and 2 brothers living in Johnstown.

My mother was drowned in the Flood of 1889."

NOTE: Mr. Repp's name is listed in the event program for the 75th Anniversary Banquet as John T. W. Repp.
