David - When I left Johnstown in the mid 80's we attended that Church, it was St. Johns United Church of Christ then. It was an Evangelical Church at one time before that when I was a youngest.I do not know if it is still afilliated with the United Church of Christ or not.
Ryan - I'm not sure which church that is. As a teenager in the 70's I used to walk Somerset Street quite a bit and don't remember a church then. But I could be wrong. Lisa
It is no longer affiliated with the UCC. They folded up a few years ago probably due to few and aging members. I believe it is now the Kernville Community Church...or something like that.
The few remaining members of St. John's UCC went to either it's sister church (St. Paul's) over in Moxham or the Chapel at Arbutus Park Manor in Geistown.
Which church is that near the X?
