The Cookie Jar was location on Main st. close to where Bedford and Clinton Sts, join Main St. I remember working there when I was in high school in 1966/67.
I worked there around the same time, after school and Saturdays, I even went with Mr. Hanlan on a catering job at Cochran JR HS for Conemaugh School of Nursing graduation.
