May 23, 1870 - CAMBRIA FREEMAN - Pissed off farm animals run amuck causing all sorts of trouble for folks and trains, assorted work accidents, lost child found, a drowned man found at Dornick Point
Names mentions - Bowers, Mrs. Samuels and a little girl named Caldwell. A boy named Roberts, Etchinson and Lapsley.
Boy named Beam hurt at Johnstown Mechanical Works.

This was the kind of bikes they had in the 1870's - Penny-farthings.
I don't know how anyone riding those Penny-farthings ever felt safe. I know I would have had trouble getting on and off it - let alone riding the giant death traps!
