From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Friday - September 5, 1947
I cleaned the house all up and done the out side scrubbing. My but I am tired.
Don Hunt was here for supper. Then he and Betty J. went to a show here in Moxham.
Joe & Leone was here a little while.
But Harry did not call yet. He said he was sending Betty J. back home to her mother.
But she is still here yet she is going to school. I pity the kid.
