Bethlehem Steel

Bethlehem Steel - I am more U.S. Steel than Bethlehem - so I am not sure which department this is.

I think they called that the "Car Shop".

Might be the shell plant on Cramer Pike ... They would rebuild coal gondola cars back in the late 60s ...

This is the Car Shop. Looks like where the car is about to be placed on it's permanent wheels.

Thats the very end of the fabrication line , worked in that very spot for years

thats the car shop on maple ave.that would be position 13.thats where they would transfer the cars onto the next track to go to the turn over position for futher welding.I worked on the rivet gangs there for a few orders
