Pretty sure this isn't Woodvale Ave ... Did you mean Maple? There are two streetcar tracks here ... For a time back in the 1950s there was a single track streetcar line from one end of Woodvale Ave. to the other, but there were never such storefronts there ...
Yes, I agree this is Maple Ave. I lived on Woodvale Ave. in 1950 and remember the streetcar track on Woodvale Ave., but this is definitely Maple Ave. with the storefronts.
