Thought I'd try a little something different with this years Christmas Parade - made clips of most of the marching bands. The parade as usual was GREAT! For those of you in warmer climates - as I shot this - the mercury was hovering around 17 degrees or so. Which means as you watch some of the clips - my poor camera was having some issues because of the bitter cold. First up in this clip - Conemaugh Township Marching Band. I would have had pictures of all that was going on in Central Park for light up night - but I only took one card with me and unfortunately it was filled by the time we got down to the park. I'll take shots of Central Park in the next week or two.
I shot in HD - so all you have to do to play it back that way is to change the setting on the clip itself - you see where it says HD in red - click on that to improve the default setting from Youtube.

Awesome. I loved watching these. They brought a HUGE smile to my face! I can't wait to share them with my family. I finally was able to visit Johnstown early this summer and loved my time there. Even though it was a very different time of year, there is something about these that make me feel "at home".
