Italian Store - Johnstown
Italian Storefront sent in by reader Margaret S. Not sure which Johnstown neighborhood this was in. But knowing that my Sunseri cousins had a store in Prospect - this could possibly be there.

My great grandfather Pietro Meo had an Italian grocery store on Railroad street. Could this be his store.
Phil Liptak mom was a sunseri and he said they had the store in old conemaugh - But think about this any stor ein Johnstown that kept fruit outside would have to clean it daily from all the mill dust
The man in the picture is my grandfather Sam Carpenter. He co-owned the Carpenter Bros grocery stores. The one in the pic is still open on Railroad street.
