You are looking a scene from around 1920 or so at the intersection of Washington and Walnut streets. You can just catch a peek at the end of the street car which would have been pulled by horses which means that car traveling behind it better watch out. Directly behind the car is the old Cambria Steel Building that survived the 1889 Flood and is still standing to this day. On the far right - is the beginning of the old Penn Traffic Store Building that now houses the Federal Court and NDIC.
