This was a short cartoon that aired sometime in the early 60's. I remember the baracuda that had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. I believe that someone posted some of the shorts on YouTube.
David - my gosh, I had completely forgotten about "Diver Dan". I remember watching these shorts in the 60's. Found something new today from my childhood. Thanks much.
