As a kid, I played on this bridge. We used to hold tight to one of the verticle uprights and the trolley would go past us. It was a tight fit. As we got older we would walk across the top. For men walking to work at USS Steel in Moxham it was the most direct route. It's hard to imagine that people would walk because they wanted to save the trolley fare.
