June 6, 1947: Diary of a Johnstown Housewife

From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Friday - June 6, 1947
Harry come over and took Ida & I in town to see Mrs. Flora Pebley. She is dead.
She looked nice she will be burried at Daby Church out on the mountain.
Then he took up to Grandview Cemetry to see Dads (her husband) & Blair's (son) graves. The flowers are growing. Then he brought us home and we got something to eat then we cleaned the cupbord and washed all the dishes.
