From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Sunday - June 8, 1947
I did not go to church. It rained terrible. The street was full of water. Nancy & Joan was here for dinner. Then Harry come and tried to fix the water but could not.
So Clifford is getting a new one and Harry is going to out it in to morrow.
Harry ate dinner with us too.
Then Harry & Margaret come again this evening and brought me some heet Linament. I think the rain is about over now.
