January 27, 1947: Diary of a Johnstown Housewife

From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Monday - January 27, 1947
Harry took me in to Dr. Kahl and he dressed my toe.
And then we come home. Leona stayed with Ida & dad.
And then she ate dinner with us and went home.
Essie Hiteshew was here for supper and then cut Idas hair. Dorse Lambert was here a while.
Note: Leona, Clifford, Billy and Harry are the children of Mrs. Oldham.
Also for you younger readers - dinner means lunch.
