January 2, 1947: Diary of a Johnstown Housewife

From the dairy of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham:
Thursday - January 2, 1947
Clifford Sale, Dock Hidorn(?) and James Wofford and our Clifford and Harry and Eddie come out to move us in to Johnstown. It is a bad rainy day. But it cleared up some this evening. We left out at the camp before dinner. And got here in good time. We are here but dad is not feeling very good.

Would love to read this; will you be posting a page each day? My family lived there at the same time this was written.
