Car #412 was a PCC car built in 1946 by the St. Louis Car Company. There were a total of 17 cars in the order (numbered 401-417). Johnstown was the smallest city in the country to purchase the PCC cars. The first ones were delivered in January, 1947 and off-loaded at the B&O freight station along Baumer Street. These were "all electric" cars and JTCo. was the first in the U.S. to receive them. This car is ready to leave the Coopersdale Loop on the inbound trip.
